I teach the LYT Yoga Method.
Throughout my yoga journey, I always sought to understand the “why” behind every move in yoga. What does it achieve and why do we want the body to do it? After over a decade of teaching yoga, I am still asking, why? This curiosity has led me to expand my teaching practice to incorporate a connection between physical and mental health. Inspired by LYT Yoga, a method that combines neurodevelopment and yoga into one practice, my classes aim to improve yogis’ brain-to-muscle function through a joyous and empowering flow. I invite yogis to listen first to their own bodies, so they can experience that when we move better, we feel better in our minds, our bodies, our spirits.
